  • Professional indemnity insurance

    According to § 51 Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (short: BRAO, in English: Federal Code for the Legal Profession) lawyers are obliged to have a professional indemnity insurance. The assured sum has to amount to at least 250,000 €.

    2.1 Claiming against the insured before non-European courts
